Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This referral offer is provided by Verity Commercial Services Limited (“Verity”, “we”, “us”).
2. Offer Summary
● Referrers will receive a £500 payment for each successful referral.
● A referral is deemed successful when the referred party signs a commercial property onto one of Verity’s empty rates mitigation schemes (including but not limited to Cycle or Place of Worship schemes).
● Properties must be registered onto a Verity scheme for a minimum duration of 3 months. If this is less than 3 months, the referrer will be paid 20% of the management fees Verity has received from the property.
3. Eligibility
● The offer is open to UK-based individuals and businesses aged 18 or over.
● Referrals must relate to landlords, asset managers, or authorised representatives of vacant commercial property.
● Employees of Verity Group Limited are not eligible to participate.
4. What Qualifies as a Valid Referral
To qualify for the £500 payment:
● The referral must be submitted via Verity’s official referral channel – this is the Referral Offer landing page: https://veritygroup.uk/jtrade-2026-verity/
● The referred party must not already be in active discussions with Verity at the time of referral.
● The referred party must be contactable and must have consented to being referred.
● The referral must result in a signed agreement for an eligible empty rates mitigation scheme.
5. Payment Terms
● The £500 referral fee will be paid once the referred property has successfully signed and onboarded onto an eligible Verity scheme.
● Payment will be made by Verity to the referrer within 30 days of onboarding completion.
● Referrers must provide valid bank details and any requested documentation required to process payment.
6. Offer Period
● The referral offer is valid until 31 December 2026.
● Referrals must be submitted on or before this date to qualify.
● Any referrals submitted after this date will not be eligible.
● Referrals submitted before 31 December 2026 remain eligible for payment, even if the referred property signs onto a scheme after this date.
7. No Limit on Referrals
There is no cap on the number of referrals a participant can make, provided each referral meets the criteria outlined in these terms.
8. Exclusions
● Self-referrals are not permitted.
● Multiple referrers for the same lead will be resolved at Verity’s discretion, with payment made to the first valid referral received.
● Referrals that do not result in a signed and onboarded scheme will not qualify for payment.
● Verity reserves the right to withhold payment where referrals are suspected to be fraudulent, artificially generated, or not genuine.
9. Data Protection
● By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have permission from the referred party to share their details.
● Personal data will be processed in accordance with Verity’s Privacy Policy.
10. General
● Verity reserves the right to verify all referrals and reject any that do not comply with these terms.
● Verity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
● These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
